“Party Looks” for Festive Little Fashionistas

“Party Looks” for Festive Little Fashionistasfeatured

Last year was the first year Christmas really began to matter for Big D, she was so excited at the prospect of Father Christmas coming down the chimney to deliver her lovely gifts. This year she’s already buzzing, (she practically started to hyperventilate when she saw a Christmas tree in M&S), not just because of gifts, but for the whole celebration.

We’ve made the brave decision to take her to her first carol service in the evening at St Pauls, Knightsbridge as a friend is organising this charitable event, we’re going to the Theater to see The Snowman and we’re off to see the Panto in Jersey, where her amazing uncle Matthew will be on stage giving it his all in Dick Whittington.

It’s the first year since having children that we’ve actually got ourselves a little bit organised and booked up some festive fun for the family. Little D is still a touch young to get in on the action, but I’m sure she will feed off the excitement of her big sister.

My diary used to be full this time of year with drinks parties a-plenty, but these days as social secretary to the girls I’m chaperoning them around their various dos, so I’ve been sharpening my stylist skills to make sure they get their sparkle on. I’ve also looked into a few festive looks for Cousin O, so all bases are covered.

Below are Mummy B’s top picks.

Boden has it’s bells on with a big Christmas selection this year. From festive P.J’s to fabulous Fair Isle knits, there’s plenty of Christmas clobber for all the family.

Country Crew £30.00

T-Bar Flats £30.00

Festive Tee £17.00

Angelic Alexandros Baby & Kids does Von Trapp dressing like no other. Big families wanting to make an even bigger entrance, take note….think of the family photos! I especially love the bloomer and blouse combination for tiny toddlers like Little D.

Boys Blue Marine Shorts and Braces £39.99

Red Tartan Bloomers and Blouse £48.00

Red Tartan Dress £75.99

Trotters has all the trimmings for the festive season. Traditional dressing is what Trotters does best, perfect for a candle lit carol service.

Tartan Bow Tie £19.00

Lulu Sequin Skirt £56.00

Charlotte Dress £50.00

Merry Monsoon has plenty of party poppers. I especially love the velvet jacket in claret for little gents wanting to look dapper and out-dress Daddy.

Poppy Jersey Dress £20.00

Aaron Velvet Jacket £40.00

Bright Eyes Dress £38.00

Christmas is a time for family fun and looking fabulous so enjoy the party all.

Love Mummy B
